Structural kits to full build: We offer a service to supply bespoke timber frame kits either to your own architectural drawings or we can design a tailor made home to suit your personal requirements, working within your budget. We can supply a superstructure only package through to a complete kit delivery package, including plasterboard, insulation, finishings, external doors and windows etc... or any part of the above.

Design service: If required we can offer our expert advice on the design of your house to help you gain the maximum potential from your build project and ensure that the best use of all resources are being utilised. Our standard range of buildings incorporates Bungalows, 1 1/2 storey houses, 2 storey houses as well as being able to design and produce flatted developments, small to large timber framed extensions, commercial projects such as nursing homes, etc, Timber clad holiday let cabins, timber frame garages or even field shelters for horses. If you require us to design a bespoke house or are interested in our standard houses, please fill in the trade enquires form and we shall get back to you or phone to discuss.

Kit production: Our factory is based in Ladybank, Fife which allows easy access to all main delivery routes enabling us to supply all areas of Scotland and beyond. Producing kits to be containerised for delivery abroad is also within our scope.

Procurement service: Through our strong supply chain we are able to offer a goods costing service, procurement and supply service at a competitive price allowing you the peace of mind of having the correct materials required for your job without having to source the goods yourself. We are also able to offer the trades persons to carry out the work for you if required.

We offer no obligation quotes which are accompanied with a full and comprehensive components list of materials pertinent to each project that would be included in our kit supply.

Our kits are manufactured by skilled tradesmen who maintain a high level of pride in their workmanship thus ensuring that a high quality product is being produced for our clients.

We offer a part or full professional joinery service through "Heffron Joinery Ltd" helping to ensure a smooth stress free build project for you. If required this could extend to a full build/turn key service. All services are overseen by our onsite project manager.
